Is this because of size? In that case they will be described in DEXs not capabilities. However if more complex tasks cannot be described in either DEXs or templates then we cannot implement them and that has really serious consequences. 2) In the description of the template it is claimed that it is "used to define the essential information for the [task] specification", however some of the bullets listed as essential are optional in the template. This template looks to be trying to cover a wider area then what most templates do; it is no longer a simple task specification. 3) Task life cycle status is not described in the template even though it is listed as essential information for the task specification.

Agree to some extent. Remove text that doesn't clarify the template and its intended usage (e.g. arguing about templates).

Another example is that it states that the temlate contains information about where it is applicable. The template doesn't. Thats done by the assigning_task_method_version.

Proposal, revise the introduction to be more in line with the template, and remove references to capabilities.
