This template has a huge overlap with the template representing_activity_actual. Suggestion is either to delete this template or a least reuse the more generic template ! To be honest I think it should be deleted and instead describe this area in the capability along with how the more generic template can be used to represent this.

The templates should stay as there is a real difference between: - authorized work done to a product, Template name="representing_work_done" capability="representing_activity" - activities performed by a product, Template name="representing_product_usage" capability="representing_activity" - and activities that have occurred with not authorized directed_activity Template name="representing_activity_actual" capability="representing_activity". The introduction to all three templates have been reworded to explain the differences.
