2.1 Changes to Part 1: Specification
2.2 Changes to Part 3: Constraints
2.3 Changes to the machine-readable .ttl files
2.3.1 Changes previously published in Errata 01
2.3.2 Changes to promcode-shapes.ttl in Errata 02
Since the publication of OASIS Standard of OSLC PROMCODE, an effort has been made to provide an implementation guide to facilitate implementation of wide range of prospective users. In this direction, very simple implementations have been tested by member companies. In that effort, a few non-material errors have been discovered in the specification document and a machine-readable file, resulting in a few changes to the published standard documents.
This document lists the approved changes to the OASIS Standard OSLC PROMCODE Version 1.0 [OSLC-PROMCODE-v1.0-OS], a multi-part specification consisting of the following components:
There are changes to the published OASIS Standard documents for Part 1: Specification and Part 3: Constraints.
There are no changes to the published OASIS Standard documents for Part 2: Vocabulary.
Changes have also been made to the two OASIS Standard machine-readable "turtle" files (promcode-vocab.ttl and promcode-shapes.ttl).
(detailed description of changes)
In subsection 4.1.3 on ‘Artifact’ class, the last part of the first item in Links group, [0 ..1] has been changed to [0 .. 1] by inserting a space before 1. This is correction of a typo.
Also, in the same subsection 4.1.3, the third item in Links, “producedFor: ScopeItem[*] “ has been changed to “producedFor: ScopeItem [0 .. 1]”. The text of ‘producedFor: ScopeItem[*] ‘ was not consistent with Figure 4 which correctly describes the multiplicity of the property ‘producedFor’. This was an overlooked error.
All the changes made are purely editorial and therefore non-material.
(detailed description of changes)
In the definition of Artifact in 2.1, the first item of the third entry in Prefixed Name column, dcterms:isPartOf has been changed to oslc_promcode:isPartOf. It was an error in that dcterms:isPartOf was not consistent with the same properties of other similar class of WorkItem and ScopeItem. This was an overlooked error.
The change made is purely editorial and therefore non-material.
There is one change to the machine-readable file promcode-shapes.ttl to reflect the change of 2.2. See 2.3.2
These changes were published in Errata 01 [OSLC-PROMCODE-v1.0-Errata01].
After the PROMCODE specification was approved as OS, the members of the OSLC PROMCODE TC worked with OSLC Open Project team to include two machine-readable files (promcode-shapes.ttl and promcode-vocab.ttl) in their GitHub repository, as all such machine-readable files are made available from the OSLC Open Project. In doing so, we had to make a few editorial modifications to these files to meet the strict requirement of the OSLC Open Project.
Three kinds of modifications to the machine-readable files were needed:
1. Changes to the approved date, and the status of specification, from CS03 to OS.
2. Changes to some URLs to reference the specification documents in the official site of OASIS library.
3. Eliminating blank characters immediately before the end of string enclosed by “…”. Also, eliminating a new line character within a string enclosed in “…”. A tool to check the format, called Shape checker, produced a number of warnings without these modifications, and the OSLC Open Project required the warnings to be eliminated.
All the changes made are purely editorial and therefore non-material.
A change has been made to the machine-readable file promcode-shapes.ttl. The content of line 817 “oslc:propertyDefinition dcterms:isPartOf ;” has been changed to “oslc:propertyDefinition oslc_promcode:isPartOf ;”. The change made is to apply the same change described in 2.3 to make the html content of Part 3 Constraint consistent with the machine-readable file of promcode-shapes.ttl.
The changes made to promcode-shapes.ttl is purely editorial and therefore non-material.
Both the corrected file promcode-shapes.ttl and the file promcode-vocab.ttl published earlier in Errata 01 are linked in the section "Additional artifacts" on the title page.
1. The conformance requirements stated in the OASIS Standard OSLC PROMCODE Version 1.0 [OSLC-PROMCODE-v1.0-OS] are not changed in any way by the publication of this Errata document.
The following documents are referenced in such a way that some or all of their content constitutes requirements of this document.
OSLC PROMCODE Version 1.0. Edited by Mikio Aoyama, Yoshio Horiuchi, Tom Kamimura, Shinji Matsuoka, Shigeaki Matsumoto, Masaki Wakao, Kazuo Yabuta, and Hiroyuki Yoshida. 11 March 2022. OASIS Standard. A multi-part specification consisting of the following components:

The PROMCODE TC would like to thank the members of the PROMCODE Consortium [PROMCODE13] for their work that became a precursor to the current work. The TC would also like to thank Prof. Mikio Aoyama of Nanzan University who served as the Chair of the TC from March of 2014 to May of 2021. His leadership, dedication and broad experience with project management played a major role in shaping the content of the specification. The TC would also like to thank Nanzan University for their support of the OASIS PROMCODE activity. Finally, thanks by the TC also go to Arthur Ryman and Kazuhiko Funakoshi who helped in creating technical content at an early stage of the project.
