Working Drafts

Any Technical Committee work product that has not yet received formal approval by the committee membership is a Working Draft.

Working Drafts are identified by number and date:

The number should be incremented with each successive instance (01, 02, 03, etc.). The date should reflect the date on which the particular instance is made available to the committee members.
