Committee Drafts

Committee Draft is the first level of approval applied to a Technical Committee work product. Approval of a Committee Draft requires a Full Majority Vote by the TC members.

Committee Drafts are identified by number and date of approval by the committee:

Technical Committees may periodically approve a specification under development as a Committee Draft. The number should be incremented with each successive instance (01, 02, 03, etc.).
