the links on http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/ for the DocBook-based
XML authoring environment and methodology for publishing OASIS specifications
and committee notes.

The stylesheets/oasis-specification-*.xsl and stylesheets/oasis-note-*.xsl
files layer on top of the DocBook stylesheets the differences in appearances
of the OASIS constructs.

Prototypical instances are found at template/spec-docbook-template-*.xml and
template/note-docbook-template-*.xml.
