3.11.5 Data element attributes group
The data element attributes group includes attributes that are defined for the
<data> element, and are reused on most or all specializations of the
<data> element.

Describes
the type of data contained in the
@valueattribute or within the<data>element. A typical use of@datatypewill be the identifying URI for an XML Schema datatype. -
@value - Specifies a value associated with the current property or element.
