OASIS Technical Committee Administration

The OASIS Technical Committee Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the OASIS Technical Committee Process Policy is followed by all Technical Committees and carrying out tasks explicitly identified. In support of that effort, other services include:

• first-line support and assistance to technical committees and their members
• development and maintenance of document templates and style guides
• chair training
• editor training
• development of self-help materials
• specification review and OASIS Library maintenance
• anything else to help the Technical Committee reach its goals

Service Level Agreement

With all those responsibilities, it's important that our members know the timeframe associated with a given request. While the goal is to respond to each request immediately, most often that isn't possible. For each request received, the submitter should receive a response within 72 hours acknowledging receipt and an anticipated completion date. For each of the tasks detailed below, the request must be submitted by a Technical Committee Chair and include the requisite information as noted
