Notice - the files in the /xsd directory were copied in entirety from the directory
http://docs.oasis-open.org/ciq/v3.0/xPRL/prd01/xsd/ in 2018.

The files had been approved as part of cs01 in the CIQ TC's ballot
(https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=1793), 
but were not installed into the directory at that time.
